M&A advisory for baby care companies

Baby care M&A has been steady. P&G, Unilever, Reckitt and Kimberly-Clark have all been buyers of growth brands, and PE platforms have rolled up specialty baby across feeding, skincare and gear. Buyers underwrite on retail traction, cohort retention and category leadership rather than DTC growth alone.

The strategic buyer set is P&G, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson & Johnson and Reckitt, alongside Unilever and Edgewell on the personal-care side, and a set of PE platforms that have rolled up feeding, skincare and gear. They underwrite on the cohort - repeat behaviour by birth month, retention into year two and three, safety and certification rigour. Flow has direct access to the corp dev teams across this set.

Flow team has relevant sector experience and has worked with baby care companies across feeding, sleep, apparel, skincare, gear and developmental products.
