M&A advisory for ConstructionTech companies
Construction tech M&A has been steady rather than spectacular. The industry's slow adoption curve has kept revenue scale modest for most operators, but strategic acquirers - the established construction software vendors, equipment OEMs, building product strategics - and PE platforms have continued to consolidate the category, particularly around project management, estimating, BIM and field-execution software.
The strategic buyer set runs across Trimble, Autodesk, Procore and Bentley Systems on the software side, with Hilti and Caterpillar active around field tools, telematics and equipment-adjacent platforms. PE-backed construction software and project management roll-ups have been steady acquirers in the mid-market. Flow has direct relationships with corporate development at the named strategics and with the sponsor platforms most active in the category.
Flow team has relevant sector experience and has worked with construction tech companies across project management and collaboration, estimating and pre-construction, BIM and design software, field execution and equipment telematics, and modular and offsite construction technology.
